This Privacy Policy describes how Tabioke handles data for both the mobile application (the "App") and the web site (the "Site"). The App and Site are developed and maintained by the Tabioke project developer.
This policy covers the official Android mobile application distributed via Google Play and the official website that hosts Tabioke web resources, documentation, and related pages.
The App and Site do not intentionally access, collect, or store personal or sensitive information about users. The App does not request permissions for contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, microphone, location, or other protected device data.
Official releases of the App do not include analytics or advertising SDKs and do not transmit personal data to third parties. The Site likewise does not collect personal data for app functionality. Standard technical logs (server access logs) may be retained by hosting providers for maintenance and security; these are not used to build user profiles.
The Site may use minimal cookies or browser local storage to remember simple preferences (e.g., theme or layout) but does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling by default. If you see third-party embeds (for example, embedded video players), those external services may set their own cookies — we do not control those and recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
The Site or App may load third-party resources (CDNs, embedded players such as YouTube, fonts, or libraries). These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and may collect information when their resources are loaded. The developer does not control third-party data collection; check the relevant provider's policy for details.
Network communication (App ↔ remote resources) uses platform-standard transport security (HTTPS). The App does not implement custom encryption schemes or manage user encryption keys.
The App is distributed through Google Play and may be hosted or mirrored on other platforms. Distribution can be subject to U.S. export laws; this policy is not legal advice. If you need certainty for export compliance, consult the relevant authorities or legal counsel.
If you install the App from Google Play, Google may collect and process certain information (for example, account identifiers, device identifiers, and other data required for distribution and app updates). This collection and processing is governed by Google's privacy policies — see Google Privacy Policy for details. The developer does not control the data collected by Google Play or Google services.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated for material changes. If you rely on a particular privacy characteristic, check this page before installing or using the App or Site.
